Scope of Work
Core Responsibilities:
- Sales Outreach & Follow-Up: Engage prospective leads through warm and cold
outreach. Nurture leads with empathy and clarity, aligning their needs with our
services.
- Community Presence: Participate with local networking groups and chambers
of commerce.
- Proposal Management: Create and send proposals for BOMB Pods, Monthly
Bookkeeping, Cleanup Projects, Profit First Consulting, Tax Services, and Credit
Profiles using our standard templates.
- Consultative Selling: Guide prospects through our services and show how we
can help them achieve greater clarity and profitability in their finances.
- Pipeline Management: Track leads and manage your sales pipeline using our
CRM system.
- Client Turnover: Meet weekly with the onboarding team to hand off new clients,
ensuring a smooth and confident transition into services.
- Sales Reporting: Track key metrics such as close rate, conversion timeline, and
service-specific performance to identify trends and improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside our marketing and operations teams to
ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in consultative or service-based sales (bonus for
bookkeeping, accounting, or financial services background)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with service, legal, and construction industries is a plus
- Familiarity with proposal tools and CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or
similar)
- Comfortable with remote work and video calls
- Ability to work independently
