City of Mill Creek Annual Performance Survey

The City of Mill Creek is conducting its annual Spring Performance Survey. The goal of the 2025 survey is to help the City assess the community’s overall satisfaction with safety, City services, events, communications, and more.

The Spring Performance Survey for 2025 will be available from Tuesday, May 6th to Monday, September 8th, and is open to all who want to help shape the future of Mill Creek.
