Event Details

This course explains the different tools used by restoration professionals to clean and restore smoke-damaged contents. You will be provided with an overview of various smoke-damaged contents cleaning methods, and the products used to clean smoke-damaged contents. You will learn the process a restoration professional uses to scope, estimate, clean, and restore smoke-damaged contents. We will also discuss the key issues related to moving a customer’s smoke-damaged contents to a remote location for cleaning.

Check-in begins 1 hour before and ends 10 minutes before the official class start time. Please be checked in and ready to begin class promptly. Full and undistracted participation is required per NAIC to receive credits. Full use of Zoom, including Audio and Video connection, is required. Please test your systems before the event. Driving during class is not permitted.
