Introducing Community Transit’s new Small Business Partnerships program! We want to partner with Snohomish County employers (with 5 to 49 employees) to offer FREE, regional, unlimited-use ORCA cards to employees as a transit benefit as well as share education and resources for sustainable travel options. Our goal is to make sure employees have the tools and knowledge they need to make the most of transit options—making it easier for employees to get where they need to go.
How does it work?
- Through ORCA Business Passport, employees can access the Puget Sound with seven transit agencies across four counties including regional buses, light rail, Sounder train, and local innovative services like the Zip Shuttle.
- Schedule a meeting with Alessandra Gonzalez using this booking link or email Alessandra.Gonzalez@commtrans.org to get your employer started at no cost.
- Together, we connect more people to affordable and sustainable travel – reducing commuting costs and carbon emissions for Snohomish County workers and residents.
Why join?
- With the FIFA World Cup around the corner, our region is anticipating traffic congestion and parking shortages. ORCA cards expand travel options for commuters.
- Employees can save money on gas, avoid a stressful commute, and use their ORCA cards for fun like sports games and concerts.
- Transit benefits can enhance your overall employee benefits package and help with recruitment and retention.
