Marsh Mundorf Pratt Sullivan + McKenzie was established in 1986 in the community of Mill Creek. The goal of opening our office in Mill Creek was to cultivate and establish an early relationship with a new and growing community. As the City of Mill Creek has grown, so has our firm. Our lawyers offer a wealth of experience in many areas of law.
Since our founding, we have strived to combine high quality legal services with a strong commitment to our community. Our firm members are parents, coaches, board members, and neighbors with our clients. Our commitment to the community includes membership and leadership roles in local Rotary clubs, acting as board members or advisors to nonprofit agencies such as the Boys and Girls Clubs and the YMCA, and pro bono representation and financial support to legal services programs (Snohomish County Legal Services, Housing Justice Project).
Professionally, our lawyers have filled leadership roles with state and local bar associations and acted as presenters for continuing education (CLE) programs. Our lawyers act as mediators and arbitrators in private and court-ordered arbitrations. Our business lawyers handle multi-state and multi-million dollar transactions. Our litigators have seen success in every level of jurisdiction from district court matters to appellate review by the federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
From 2002 until 2013, our offices were in the Creekside Professional Building in Mill Creek. In June 2013, we partnered in the construction of the Gateway Building, a LEED-designed professional building and the first construction in Mill Creek’s East Gateway Urban Village (EGUV). Our office is designed for video conferencing and large group meetings. We continue to strive to be engaged in our community, at the top of our game professionally, and supporting of the civic community.
