DESCRIPTION:Join Economic Alliance Snohomish County(EASC) for a virtual information session on the Activate Snohomish Community Grant Program\, designed to help small businesses and community organizations prepare for the economic and cultural opportunities of FIFA World Cup 26 Seattle™. \nAs the official small business liaison for the Snohomish County Local Organizing Committee\, EASC is proud to administer this competitive grant program\, funded by the Seattle Foundation with support from the Washington State Department of Commerce. \nThis session will provide an overview of grant eligibility\, the application process\, award timelines\, and program goals. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about technical assistance available throughout the application period. \n\n\n\n\nWho should attend: \n\nSmall business owners in hospitality\, retail\, tourism\, dining\, or event services\nNonprofits\, chambers of commerce\, cities\, or community-based organizations\nEconomic development and tourism partners\nAny interested stakeholders along the I-5 corridor in Snohomish County\n\nTopics covered: \n\nProgram objectives and grant tracks\nEligibility criteria and use of funds\nApplication process and deadlines\nKey dates and next steps\n\n\n\n\n\nThe application portal is open now\, and closes December 1\, 2025.
